Yoga is an amazing way to get into your body. It helps you live life more directly now, rather than in the past or future. It wakes up your senses and gives you a new perspective on the world. You can't just think your way into living, you have to live. Yoga is that vehicle. It offers life.
In addition to my 200 hour teaching certification, I am specially trained in trauma-sensitive, youth, and prenatal yoga. My classes are taught using a beautiful blend of many different styles. I particularly enjoy slow, deep, rhythmic sequences.
