MIND

i am currently taking new clients through my private practice.  I work on sliding-scale, and will complete necessary paperwork as an out-of-network provider for your insurance.  Self-determine what you are able to pay.  I do not review personal financial records.  We will work together during the initial consultation and assessment to determine goals and the best course of treatment.  Full rate charged for sessions canceled within 24-hours.

Initial in-person assessment: $60-$100

60-minute session: $60-$100

90-minute session: $90-$150
